Mark McMillian is a former American football player who played as a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) from 1993-2001. He was born on January 9, 1971, in Los Angeles, California. McMillian played college football at the University of Alabama, where he was a standout player and named an All-American in 1992.
After college, McMillian was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the tenth round of the 1993 NFL Draft. He played for the Eagles from 1993-1995, and later played for the New Orleans Saints, Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Redskins, and San Francisco 49ers during his career.
McMillian is best known for his small stature (5'7") and his impressive skills as a cornerback, leading him to be nicknamed " Mighty Mouse". He recorded 20 interceptions during his NFL career and was voted to the Pro Bowl in 1996 as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles.
In addition to his NFL career, McMillian has worked as a coach and football analyst. He founded the Mark McMillian Football Academy to help young players develop their skills.
